Rebuild all checklists
This re-applies today's rules to everyone already in the tracker: steps that no longer exist are removed, new ones are added, and the wording and dates are refreshed. Nothing is imported and nobody is deleted.
The starting figures
The tracker follows people who are joining, leaving,
in probation or on a placement — not everyone who is simply employed. Give it the headcount
once, and every joiner and leaver you record moves it from there.
