HR Operation Tracker

The shared tracker is empty. This copies what you already have into it, so Bsma sees the same cases without importing anything.

This re-applies today's rules to everyone already in the tracker: steps that no longer exist are removed, new ones are added, and the wording and dates are refreshed. Nothing is imported and nobody is deleted.

The tracker follows people who are joining, leaving, in probation or on a placement — not everyone who is simply employed. Give it the headcount once, and every joiner and leaver you record moves it from there.

Every step is counted from this date, so the whole checklist moves with it. Everything you have already ticked stays ticked, with the name and the date on it.

for . Change anything here, or fill what is empty. Every change is written to the case’s history with who made it and what it was before. The date, employment number and exit type are changed on the case itself.

This does not delete anyone. is kept, greyed out, and drops off the dashboard and the late counts. Their steps stop counting. Tick “Show cancelled” on the list to find them again.

Say why is leaving, so anyone looking back later knows without having to ask.

Sending it by itself every week needs a Slack webhook address and something that runs on a schedule. Neither is set up, so for now it is copy and paste.
